01Who decides

One maintainer decides what ships.

Plans, briefs and reviews are mine. AI agents write the code; I upload.

Stays with me
Deploys, store uploads, secret changes, deletions
Agents never open
Payhip, store dashboards, payment dashboards
Runs at home
The Git server, with a GitHub mirror

02How I work

Every change is reviewed before it ships.

Every piece of work takes the same path.

  1. 01

    Plan

A lead agent plans each piece of work.

  2. 02

    Brief

It briefs editor agents, one list of files each.

  3. 03

    Edit

Editors change only the files their brief lists.

  4. 04

    Review

Reviewer agents read and report, and change no file. No editor report counts without its diff.

  5. 05

    Release

The release checks run, then I merge, commit and upload.

03Release checks

Every release, checked before it ships.

release/verify.sh runs before every merge and every release, and the release script stops on a failure.

Tests

Code, licences and browsers.

  • Unit tests and typecheck
  • Biome, no errors or warnings
  • Licence truth table, six states
  • Licence on a local Worker
  • Browser tests per product

Store rules

What the stores read.

  • Prices match site and listings
  • Permissions disclosed per listing
  • Wiring: names, secrets, terms
  • Firefox build and addons-linter

Sites

What visitors load.

  • Headers match the pages
  • Sitemap dates match git
  • Links and anchors resolve
  • Changelogs match their pages

Security

What leaves the package.

  • osv-scanner on the lockfile
  • gitleaks on the git history
  • No storage dump or key listing
  • No address on a script host

04Store reviews

What the stores said, and what changed.

Every store decision, newest first.
